Ridge is Senior VP, Manager of The Mutual Practice in Treaty North America. He joined Gen Re in 2002 as a Casualty Facultative Underwriter, and then the Treaty department in 2014 as an Account Executive on the Northeast team where he was also responsible for clients and prospects in the Mid-Atlantic region and business development for the Umbrella business. In 2017 Ridge joined The Mutual Practice where his responsibilities expanded to the Southern and Northern states. Ridge assumed his current position in 2018. He routinely speaks on “State of the Industry” and “Emerging Issues” with our clients as well as several industry organizations. Ridge graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Insurance in 2002. He holds the CPCU, ARe, ARM, ASLI, and RPLU designations.
