Donna is Senior VP, Head of Individual Life Division, formerly focused on the Individual Life Sales & Marketing team after originally joining Gen Re as Sr. Account Executive. Prior to joining Gen Re, Donna worked for several years at Baltimore Life where she led the pricing and product development team, as well as participated in strategic and corporate development projects including automated and simplified underwriting, reinsurance and acquisitions. Her prior experience includes actuarial roles at F&G Life, AEGON Special Markets Group and CIGNA. Donna is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University at University Park, PA and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
