
Tim Eppert heads Gen Re Life/Health’s Global Products and Analytics team. He and his team are responsible for product design, pricing and holistic analysis of biometric risks in life and health insurance. They also foster digitization by applying advanced data analysis and connecting insurers with start-ups relevant to the insurance industry. Tim joined Gen Re in 2005 and in the past headed Gen Re’s competence centers for Critical Illness and Long Term Care. Prior to his current role he was responsible for pricing Gen Re’s Life and Health business in South East Asia and Japan. Tim is a Fellow of the German Actuarial Association (DAV).
