Jiajia Dong is Chief Underwriter of Gen Re Life/Health in the Shanghai office. She is responsible for providing underwriting assessment, digital underwriting, product development and marketing support to Gen Re’s clients in China. Jiajia was a qualified practising physician before she started her career in the insurance industry. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Life Underwriting and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. Prior to joining Gen Re in 2016, Jiajia gained extensive experience with a couple of direct companies in multiple markets including China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
